Terms of Service
Last updated 16 July 2026
These terms cover your use of iToolMania at itoolmania.com. Using the site means you accept them. They are written to be read, not to be impenetrable.
What the service is
iToolManiaprovides browser-based file and utility tools. Most of them run entirely on your own device; each tool's page tells you which. The free tools require no account and no payment.
Your files stay yours
We claim no ownership of, and no licence to, anything you process here. For the tools that run in your browser this is not merely a promise: we could not use your files if we wanted to, because they are never sent to us.
What you agree not to do
- Use the tools to process material you have no right to process.
- Attempt to break, overload or interfere with the site or other people's use of it.
- Resell or rebrand the service as your own.
- Circumvent the free usage limits by automation or by creating accounts in bulk.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised. We may suspend an account that is breaking these terms.
Cost
Every tool on the site is free to use, with no paid plan, no trial, and nothing to cancel. If that changes in future, the terms here will change first and any paid feature will state its price before you commit to it.
No warranty
The tools are provided as they are. We work to make conversions accurate, but we cannot guarantee a particular result for every file, and we do not promise the site will always be available or error-free.
Keep your originals. A conversion produces a new file; it should never be your only copy of anything that matters. Because processing happens on your device, we have no copy to recover for you.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including lost data, lost profit or lost time. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months, which for a free user is nothing.
Our content
The iToolMania name, logo, design and written content belong to us. The tools themselves are built on open-source libraries used under their own licences.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will move the date at the top. Continuing to use the site afterwards means you accept the new version.
